What is the cost for shipping?
We offer free shipping via Fedex Ground.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping is available via FedEx Express Saver (3 day) and FedEx 2Day for an additional charge that is calculated at checkout.
Is a signature required for delivery?
A delivery signature is required for orders exceeding $500 in merchandise value.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the contiguous US only.
We are unable to ship to PO or APO Boxes at this time.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Los Angeles, CA.
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are sent on their way within 48 hours.
How long will shipping take?
Standard delivery time is 2 to 8 business days depending on the shipping destination.
For east coast orders, please allow for 4-8 business days.
How often do orders ship out?
Orders ship out daily Monday through Friday PST
Returns
Do you offer free returns?
We offer Free 30 days return from the day you received your orders. Returned items should be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. Images are required for verifications purposes.
What's the return procedure?
Mail the items using the return labels and we will notify you once we receive the items and issue a refund.
After the items have been received and inspected, we will process your refund and the amount will be applied to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
If applicable, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Where's my refund?
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Product Inquiries
Are a comforter and duvet the same?
A comforter differs from a duvet in that a comforter is stitched on all 4 sides and filled with many fibers for warmth. A duvet is an oversized pillowcase (generally speaking) where it is stitched on 3 sides and the bottom is open which allows you to stuff the duvet with a basic comforter of your choice. The bottom of the duvet has buttons for closure.
Are curtains and drapes the same?
In today’s world, there is no difference between a curtain and a drape.
How do I measure a window curtain properly?
To measure the width properly, measure from about 3” outside of the window frame.
If you have molding around your window, measure from the outer edge of the molding. For example, most single windows will measure about 38”.
You have a choice to purchase as few or as many curtains as you wish.
For lots of fullness, purchase 3X the amount of your window width, meaning 3X38”=114”.
The 84” window length is most popular and satisfies most windows.
Be sure to hang your rod about 3” above the top edge of the window frame.
Also, should your window be lower than normal, measure from the floor upward, to determine where to hang your rod.
What is the difference in light filtration?
Light filtration refers to the amount of light that can come through the fabric of the curtains.
- Light filtering allows light to come through.
- Room Darkening blocks about 90% of the light from coming through.
- Blackout blocks about 97% of the light from coming through.
- Total Blackout completely blocks light.
